If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter was referred to Durocher by Dr. Jasey at Ottawa dental because he "couldn't do" her dental work. Upon arriving to Durocher office I was told by the dental assistant that the xrays from Jasey office were "crap" and now I have to pay for new xrays. When Durocher entered the exam room, she looked at Jasey's xrays and said "oh she had fillings done already? Why are you here to see me if he already filled her teeth?" to which my reply was "I am not a dentist so I don't know why I'm be... read more
My 4 yr old son received dental work from Dr. Arleen Schmidt at Dr. Durocher’s practice and to say we were disappointed and traumatized by the experience is an understatement. When we were told my son needed a crown, Dr. Schmidt lied to us saying that a metal crown was the only option (we came to later find out that white crowns are in fact an option for children’s teeth - and our daughter received two from another practice after this ordeal so we know this is true).
