RecommendedWe have been clients of Dr. Kumar's right from his start at the hospital. He has done a wonderful job in caring for our cats. We especially appreciate his kindness and caring at their end of life stage. His empathy and compassion is amazing but he is also direct in his counsel. We appreciate his truthfulness in helping us face difficult decisions. On the bright side, we have gotten to know many of the staff by name and they us. When the time comes to take on a new set of family pets we will be back to Durham.
Been going to Dr Kumar since I was a kid with our first pet... I will continue to recommend him and bring my pets there. Truly a guy that loves what he does and it shows through him.
I was visiting family in Indiana this past weekend and left my Yody in the care of Larkins Run Kennel. Yody was a 14 year old Cocker. While old in age, she was in great spirits when I dropped her at the kennel. Late Sunday/early Monday she nose dived. Thanks to the great care she received from Helen Larkin at the kennel and Doctor Kumar at DVH she was stabilized and was able to spend one last night with me when I returned home from my trip. Dr. Kumar and his staff are amazing.
Durham Vet is a small practice where the staff knows your name. They are knowledgeable and informative and up to date on latest treatments for your pets. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar's Veterinary Practice
We can't begin to thank the the staff at both Durham and Guilford locations. Our 15 month old cane corso had to have emergency stomach surgery yesterday . Dr. Kumar went above and beyond for our boy! Dr. Janicki was amazing as well, performing his surgery at a moments notice ! We owe our boys life to them and we will forever greatful for all they did!
Terrible lying Veterinarian Hospital. I was charged 4 things they did not do as well as they told me my dog has parasites and they did not. Tested at another facility negative this hospital is a crook
Dr Kumar, Gina and staff are the best. Taking care of my pets for the last 10 yrs plus. Very caring and attentive staff.
