The staff is always very empathetic and patient with my cat children.
We've been going here for about 18 years and have never received nothing but excellent service!! This summer I had found 8 abandoned kittens they got me an appointment within 30 minutes of my call then only charged me for my eye drops! !!
I will only go to Durham Valley. Our animals mean the world to us and they are always treated in the best way here. Dr. Otto is the best vet!
