They got my call early Monday morning. Jackie sent a technician out that day to see what was wrong and it was determined that the motor in the inside unit was bad. I was called back that day with an estimate. Clatyon was here early Tuesday morning with the parts to do the repair and had the unit operational by noon. The total bill was less than the original quote also which made me very happy. Excellent, professional people!
