Absolutely contempt for people's time! Every visit is measured in hours. If you have a life go somewhere else!
Dr. Mikhail is a genius of a doctor firstly, secondly Adrian one of the srudents was incredibly patient and kind while helping me with my grandfather’s appointment. Even though the wait times were long, but i bet most people were distracted by his AURA!
Drove a friend of mine here for a follow-up after surgery. He waited 1 hour after his appointment time before he even saw his surgeon! Clearly they are lacking on the administrative side and not making appointments appropriately. Do better!
If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that. They’ve had my referral for 4 months then sent it back and said to see someone else… there is nobody else in the region that will see patients. Eventually, I had to go to the ER for an emergency referral and after a 7 hour wait, unclear communication, poor bedside and inadequate information/ understanding of the issue (and also failing to provide any type of report or summary of the actual findings) it was all for nothing. After losing vision in one eye, I spent over 5 frustrating hours at Ajax Lakeridge Health Hospital without receiving any treatment. The next day, I was referred to Durham Retina Specialist in Oshawa. When I called, they kindly booked me the same day at 4 p.m. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and made check-in easy.
