Replace Skylight Mike was truly Magnificent!He came to give us an estimate and did a thorough examination of our old skylight. He told us what he found and recommended that because of the age and condition of the skylight,that we get a new one. He recommended the type and said he would contact his supplier and get us a price within a couple of days. He called me back in a couple of hours and gave us the price. Leaking roof and loose strip of fascia We had two separate issues - water leaking from a valley in the roof into our laundry room and a piece of fascia that had been blown loose in high wind. Mike and Linda followed up quickly on our phone message and came out to view the problems and gave us a quote to fix. Two other companies that I called did not respond.
