I have a very bad experience here. Staff is very unreasonably rude. They do not communicate properly. My concern on the first visit was to inform me about the timeline which they failed to provide. On the next visit after couple of weeks they told me that treatment will be after 3 months. Why wouldn't they let me know on the first visit??????
I just want to thank everyone at the office... you were all great! Actually amazing!! Not only Did you get us an appointment a.s.a.p but You all listened,understood, and did what was needed..for my grandson. I know with him being Autistic, it was definitely not easy, however, Dr.Evan Zaretsky, was so awesome. I just want to address, yes I read alot of the reviews before calling, and I was a little nervous, main reason was due to the Autism, he was in no way going to cooperate. We had our first visit today and my son was very well treated and we were supported in our dental concerns.
Dr. Evan and staff are beautifully patient with children and adults alike, we always have a good experience here and everyone really knows how to help children feel comfortable in the environment. I wish I’d had them as my dental office as a child.
