Very disappointed with Alec McAulay. He was very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from him. He is worst of worst. Even though we were interested in a car that he was not providing the information like pics and videos and simply asking for a deposit for a car. He was highly reluctant to provide us any information rather saying deposit the money through phone. Who would like to pay a deposit without even seeing the vehicle? Our Sales Rep, Alec was very responsive and helped us all through the buying process. Even afterwards, when we had a small issue with a rear light not working, he was attentive and flexible with trying to help us resolve it.
Recently, I purchased a Kia EV4 from Durham Kia. I was fortunate enough to work with Jesse. He provided sound advice and knowledge without the pressure and this allowed me to make the best decision possible. Given that the EV4 was just released, there was and still is a huge learning curve for me. The staff were very helpful in helping me solve any obstacles that I faced.
