My wife and I were looking to purchase an SUV for our growing family and were referred from a friend to Dave at Durham KIA. Service department had my car for 5 months after breaking it during service only for the replacement part to break after a couple months. Dealerships make their money on service so expect a lemon if you buy used from here.

I can't believe I'm writing a positive review of a car dealership in 2026... Me and my wife were shopping for a used family vehicle, and we found a used minivan here. We dealt with Mateen, and he was really great. In fact, everyone was great here! We didn't feel rushed, we didn't feel harassed, everyone was friendly and professional.
