So Far So Good My daughter is 18 months so has only been to the office twice but we have had positive experiences both times. The office is bright and clean, the staff are friendly and non-judgmental (a problem I have experienced in dental offices for myself often), and the feedback is clear and easy to understand. We have not had concerns so far, but I feel confident that the team will be able to address them reassuringly if/when we do. My daughter, Isabella, came here after a very traumatizing experience from a previous "children's" dentist in Durham. Of course, she was nervous and scared initially. But, this facility took there time with her, helped her to become relaxed (and distracted), which resulted in her sitting in the dentist without fear for the first time! She was smiling, laughing, and playing as we walked out of the dentist office. Isabella even asked to go back to Dr. Jenny the next day :-). Great dentist My son had an emergency dental need (after getting hit in the mouth with a baseball) and Dr. Jenny was great! She came in after hours and was so nice and kind to my son. Without her willingness to come in and her expertise the problem could have been much more serious. Thanks Dr. Jenny!
