If you have the opportunity to use Durand Construction for your remodel, take it. Lee and his crew are outstanding-well versed in all aspects of construction and smooth in their execution. Their communication throughout the project was flawless; they listened carefully and responded to all of our concerns. I was happy to have had a friend recommend Lee and Durend Construction to install a backsplash at our house. Small job so I wasn’t sure if anyone would want the job. With a few texts and pictures, Lee was able to fit me in and had the work done in one day and a few hours the next. He was prompt, professional and competent in his trade. Made it look easy. We had Lee and his crew redo the tile in our downstairs bathroom and we love the results. They were very helpful and patient answering questions and making suggestions. They demoed the shower and brought the opening all the way to the ceiling and down to the floor and wider at the sides. We originally hired Durend Construction in 2018 for our home near Bend, Oregon. A primary shower and three tub/shower surrounds, backsplash on all our granite vanities. We were completely impressed and thrilled with the job Lee, (the owner of Durend Construction) and his Professional Quality team accomplished.
