you suck I will never order flowers from you again. My partner ordered flowers from you and aside from being 5 days late, they weren't even fresh. I liked the ones she brought me from downtown way better.

awesome flowers The flower arrangements that these guys make are just absolutely stunning. The customer service is just plain awesome and I never have any problems. I have seen the end result when I send people flowers and I am never dissapointed with them. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of ordering flowers for a friend or loved one.

Amazing Work Duran's Flowers are truly unique and amazing. You can tell that they put their heart into their masterpiece when working with flowers. They did my floral arrangements for my October wedding and I can honestly say that I got a lot more than what i bargained for. I recommend them to any bride or wedding coordinators out there.

Maybe they had a bad day From the some of the recent Valentine's Day reviews, it looks like the guys at Duran screwed up that day and were overwhelmed with orders they shouldn't have taken and couldn't handle. I don't blame those people for being angry. I just want to say that I have used these guys lots of times on days other than Valentine's Day, and everything went fine and the flowers were generally much better than I have gotten from other florists. Maybe they deserve a second chance (just not on Valentine's Day).

Over Promise, Under Deliver! My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day from Duran's. He placed the order just after New Years. We had ordered from them before and received a beautiful arrangement. However on Valentine's Day that was not the case. My husband ordered 2 dozen roses and was told they would be delivered between 10 and 2 on V-Day. About 3:30 he called and asked if I had received them. I said no. SCAM! IF I CAN, THIS PLACE DESERVES -1 STARS!!! My boyfriend ordered flowers on V-day. They promised a 11 am delivery to my work-. At noon I called my boyfriend to say Hi, and he asked if I liked the flowers; I responded, "What flowers"??? And thats when things got fishy. He called Duran's to ask if the flowers were on the way. Duran's Flowers I am very happy with the work that Duran's Flowers did for the funeral of a family member. We wanted flowers to symbolize the great life he had led and told Duran's Flowers exactly how we would like the flowers to be, including a heart display to be placed the front with a picture with the deceased. They gave us a few extra arrangements to place next to that display and were very respectful throughout the whole process.

How embarrassing. 2/20/2008 Duran’s Flowers 315 S. Arroyo pkwy Pasadena, ca 91105 I just want to express my deep disappointment with your services. I read the reviews on the internet and if I could I would definitely post this. You guys suck. My partner did not receive the flowers that I paid for on February 11th on valentines day.
