Disrespectful. We had our eyes set on a car and Dan was the salesman we were in contact with. We explained to him that we’re traveling from out of town, practically set on purchasing this car. We drove 3 HOURS to go see a car. I texted him early that morning that we're hitting the road to go see this car and he replied back. We arrived at the dealership, only to be told it was sold last night. We were absolutely gutted and upset because this was NOT communicated. His excuse was "I didn't know until I got here at 8." Kody was absolutely amazing I went in after someone tried stealing my car and insurance totaled it out! He made a stressful situation a lot more smooth. He was patient and so helpful in me finding the perfect vehicle! Tanner helped finish up the financing and helped me get a warranty that helped me feel even more confident with my purchase! They were all so kind and made things go so smooth!
If I could give more stars, I would! I had the best experience purchasing my new-to-me Honda from this dealership! The process was truly so easy and efficient.
