I worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. We live 4 hours away and he worked hard in making a deal and getting us the information that we needed before we planned on coming down. I've had bad experiences at dealerships before and he made it easy and friendly and one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership.
Disrespectful. We had our eyes set on a car and Dan was the salesman we were in contact with. We explained to him that we’re traveling from out of town, practically set on purchasing this car. We drove 3 HOURS to go see a car. I texted him early that morning that we're hitting the road to go see this car and he replied back. We arrived at the dealership, only to be told it was sold last night. We were absolutely gutted and upset because this was NOT communicated. His excuse was "I didn't know until I got here at 8."
