I have always loved durangos! Last night was definitely an eye opener for me. My family and I went there and my food was burnt on the outside and almost raw inside, I had eaten off of it and they took it back and threw it on the grill about 15 minutes later they brought it out burnt to an absolute crisp I couldn't even get a fork into it then he asked what was wrong with it because I couldn't eat it, clearly it was way over cooked. They were very rude about it and I will not return.
Wonderful! Hubby had steak which was great! I had,delicious chicken Marsala!
We ordered a motherloaded burger and got a steak sandwich that was so tough you could hardly chew it. It was topped with yellow cheese that wasn’t totally melted. They no longer offer their signature two for one drinks. The evening was a total disappointment.
Disappointed in the food. Had to send steak back n at best, came back a medium rare. French fries and Mac n cheese very bland. Manager missed the opportunity to make things better. He gave a $5 coupon for next visit.
I remember when they had a location on Drew St. and US 19 in Clearwater. They had good steak
