Amazing food and people! Jenny A the bartender is the bestest ever! We will be back for certain!
Great food, great customer service. Atmosphere is a little loud, but not disturbingly so. It's a nice place for family, singles, couples, anyone who likes great food.
Great dinner tonight! Hubby and I both had the prime rib and it was FANTASTIC! Victoria our server was definitely on top of things despite being as busy as she was........One of the things that stood out the most to us was Victoria thanking “us” for being her guests! She is definitely a shining star of Durango’s!
We love Durango’s and eat there regularly. Steaks, oysters, service - everything is great! 2 for 1 drinks � � Can’t wait to go back!
When we signed in they told us it would be a 25 minute wait. We waited for 50 minutes with no one acknowledging is. We did here the one hostess say "I don't know where I am going to put these 7 people" but we we're ignored until we we're walking out of the door. It would have been nice to have them offer us a glass of water or something instead of acting like we were not there. I know it was a Friday night and they were busy but give us something....... Not a pleasant experience at all!
Always enjoy our dinners at the bar. Friendly servers, good food. However disappointed that one of the bartenders who left to have a baby (Victoria) is no longer behind the bar instead she is serving tables. From what I understand it was not her choice. I can tell u , I have reduced our visits because of this, not that we don’t like the other servers it’s just that, we clicked with Victoria especially on Sunday, we miss having her behind the bar.
Luckily they were slow so everything came out perfect. Our waitress did an awesome job of topping off our sweat tea’s and letting us know when our dinner would be ready.
