If I could give them zero stars, I would! They sold my daughter a lemon vehicle in February and then instead of giving her her money back as she asked, they told her they would just let her pick another vehicle. They upsold her and we thought going with a vehicle that supposedly passed the Ford Blue certification would be a better choice than their useless warranty.
