Employees were excellent. They answered all my questions and were very nice. I was traveling through on a personal trip, not my regular service location and just needed an oil change. They explained about their express lane and we were in and out within an 1.5 hours.
No inventory on any niro hybrid. Clint (salesperson) said their prices start below msrp where in fact they start significantly above msrp at outrageous interest (13-15 percent). It was clear that they were not interested in selling cars at an affordable price. Looking for a fair deal? Go somewhere else.
We had a wonderful time with Jordan purchasing our new car. She made it so easy and really listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect car for us. It was an enjoyable experience and I definitely recommend Kia Durango!
The service department at Durango Motors has treated me right for years. I have 150 k miles on my tundra and have had nothing go wrong with it. Most recently we brought a 2022 Kia to them with a salvaged title and they did a thorough inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, they charged me less than they first quoted as the issue was a simple fix...check engine light was on for some old, cloudy gas taken care of with some simple fuel additive, which they offered to just have me do on my own.
