We are at a 3 because we had a great experience purchasing our Kia, a good experience when we had a mirror replaced a couple years ago, but today's service experience was a 0. My husband arrived to have a part replaced at a 9 am appointment, was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. At 11 he was notified they hadn't even started.
