I am 74...this is the Best car dealership we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We love our KIA Telluride and we appreciate the care that the service people take with our baby.
I Had a recall service completed and had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. The service was completed quickly and I was kept up to date on the progress. The dealership was clean and comfortable. I was approached immediately upon arrival and the representative was very friendly. I was so pleased.
They said could fix my car, and I ended up said yes to them and pay $170 diagnose fee just to find out they couldn’t fix it. Please don’t fall for it. They’re so unprofessional.
Sold me a pile!! Was on vacation and our kia sorento had motor problems. We went to trade it in because we had no choice. They gave us 500.00 for our car. They didn't have the extra key so they were going to send it to us ,this took 6 months of bugging them then it wasn't programmed so guess had to deal with it. There multi point inspection wasn't worth a dam!! By the time we got back to Arizona it was in the shop for breaks and rotors.
