If you are on the road, we do maintain some service capacity on a first come, first served basis for travelers. We will do our best to get you back on the road in a timely fashion. We were from Texas and our bike started giving us a lot of trouble. The service stayed open late just to take care of us. These guys are the greatest.
Stopped by the service shop at 9:05 am, Slade was at the service desk to greet me, I told him I had a tire that needed replacing on the back of my 2001 Heritage. He agreed with me at the time but the service was full I till 11:0@ am, we decided to wait for safety sake, we were heading across the desert on Hwy 50, the loneliest Hwy. Within 10 minutes he came to us and told us he would fit us in right away to do the repair. We were done and happily off to Moab by 11:00 am. We bought 2 HD from here very satisfied.
Service dept. is the worst I've ever been involved with. We hit a large rock on the 550 and I asked if they could do a quick safety inspection on my tires and they said they might be able to look late in the afternoon if I waited all day. Thanks for looking out for your riders safety! Jerks. Went down to the metric dealer and they jumped right on it.
