The green Chile and chicken fried steak were great.
You gotta go take the cure! I can only do a half cure. They make a full cure with a #1 size Potatoe. They peel, boil and great them into the best hash browns! Eggs served your way on top, your meat (bacon, ham, chorizo), then topped off with their home made 🌶 chili!. Yum, sticks to your ribs all day!
