I don’t even live here, I had to drop somebody off but I pray you go out of business. Speed bums every 20-30 feet for the entirety of the complex? I counted 30, that I had to drive through. There must be about 50. What is your problem?
Rent anywhere but here. Allanza is right up the street and that's a MUCH better choice (previously lived there). Most of, if not all, of these 5 star reviews are fake too. How sad. As for this sham of a place, we've lived here for a few months now and it SUCKS. When we first moved in, we had to come down and hear about when we could move in because we hadn't had an email or a call, so we arrived a week prior to see when we'd get the keys. I’ve been living here for about 4–5 months, and Felipe has been the most professional and respectful maintenance person I’ve encountered. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure all my requests were properly addressed. He even kept me updated about an order related to the repairs, which I really appreciated. He was very friendly, efficient, and completed everything to my satisfaction. If you ever need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Felipe!
Phil did an excellent job, I’m very sad that we’re losing. Very personable person and very good at his job.
