It took only a year, but I finally had my wobbly toilet fixed. I don't have to worry about falling and getting hurt. Thanks to Tito(sorry if I misspelled your name), he took care of it in 20 mins. I will also be getting my second shower leakage issue solved soon. They will be ordering me a new shower door installed since the bottom of the door is cracked, rusted, and just gross. I hope it doesn't take too long since we haven't used that shower for 4 years. Thanks, Tito, for fixing the toilet immediately.
Norman is amazing!!! He takes such good care of us residents as does the whole maintenance crew! So glad that he is part of the staff.
