Our overall experience was great. We did have a technicality issue with our lease but Bre Dukes along with the manager fixed it and honored our original lease. Bre was wonderful and made sure every question and concern was answered
Beautiful, affordable apartments with a well-kept property. Bre was super friendly and attentive throughout the leasing process. Highly recommend!
Bre was very helpful when my grandma got locked out of her apartment. She’s a gem and a nice addition to the office
The experience coming in was good but once I started having problems the lady in the front with blonde hair was always a problem trying to communicate with her, without her being rude or entitled. On top of that they charged me over 6k in damages when I moved out. (Pet fees, resurfacing bathtubs, new carpet etc) but I never had a pet. I had a 2 bed 2 bath and only me and my daughter lived there. My friend is being evicted for nonpayment of rent, despite her documented attempts of trying to pay her rent. Seems that this place doesn’t like the fact that her rent is low and wants to evict her so they can double the rent on someone else. This isn’t indicative of actual human nature, empathy, or behavior. Shame on the office manager and corporate folks.
