I just moved here. Needed a little help. Norman the maintenance was very happy to help and assisted me with awesome care. I’m happy I moved here. Everyone is so nice in the office. Especially Bre and Rey

I can’t say enough great things about our maintenance technician. He’s always professional, friendly, and respectful whenever he comes by. Anytime I’ve had an issue in my apartment, he’s been incredibly responsive and gets it taken care of quickly. He takes the time to explain what he’s fixing, makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves, and always leaves the area clean. Have not been here long but the community has been great so far. Friendly neighbors and a quiet complex. Put in a work order today and Norman with maintenance showed up 2 hours later. He was extremely helpful and nice. He spent hours making sure all concerns were addressed before leaving. Thank you Norman!
Rent anywhere but here. Allanza is right up the street and that's a MUCH better choice (previously lived there). Most of, if not all, of these 5 star reviews are fake too. How sad. As for this sham of a place, we've lived here for a few months now and it SUCKS. When we first moved in, we had to come down and hear about when we could move in because we hadn't had an email or a call, so we arrived a week prior to see when we'd get the keys.
