Carlos Duran is very very rude, we had made an offer on a property just for him to say “is this a joke”. I do not understand but that’s maybe because I didn’t go to College for 8 years to become a licensed realtor, but I know what customer service looks like and I can’t help but wonder how many people he has over charged on a property just because he’s one of the first to purchase it at the auction block or make matters worse buy it off of someone’s misfortune on taxes.
