Everado represented a seller who is a builder (to be named later)of a high end properties and we purchased one of his new construction homes in San Pedro. This builder believes poor workmanship and faulty construction can come with no consequences and refuses to address the issues. I want prospective buyers to know who this builder is. Stay tuned.
