Everado represented a seller who is a builder (to be named later)of a high end properties and we purchased one of his new construction homes in San Pedro. This builder believes poor workmanship and faulty construction can come with no consequences and refuses to address the issues. I want prospective buyers to know who this builder is. Stay tuned.

Everardo Duran is an excellent realtor. We put our previous home on sale and within in five days we accepted an offer and the same time we started escrow on our new home with a contingency sale.
