This place is a little bit of random magic. A wonderful gem with great food, pharmacy, and lots of cool stuff to look at and buy. Duran's will be a must visit each time we are back in Albq.
OMG. We had such a blast. This was our first time here and Donna was our server. She was crazy as hell in a good way. She had us rolling laughing from when we got there till after we left. Not only was the service great but the food was great as well. We'll definitely be back.
I really liked the food, but.they charged us for the tortillas! They are delicious, but the waiter failed to mention that they charged extra for tortillas, guacamole, we paid extra, we knew that, but no chips....I eat at alot of Mexican restaurants, we have never been charged extra for tortillas and we get corn chips with our guacamole...disappointed...
I bought batteries there that were stocked around '08 but on the restaurant side they were using tomatoes picked up from the market that morning. Excellent food. I have to admit, they were watch batteries so that explains the shelf time but no matter, they worked.
Grew up with Duran's pharmacy. No other place like it. Point on.
