RecommendedFrom the very start of making choices with the fantastic designer, Angie, to completion of the project with installer, Bert, everything went really well. Both individuals are artists in their own right. Products came timely and none had issues. I will DEFINITELY use them for any future projects.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was competitive. The installation was done by a professional who took real pride in his work. The rug looked seamless when he was done.
We recently had most of our flooring replaced with plank laminate. Picking the right flooring was a little nerve-wracking but after seeing the finished work, I'm ecstatic. It's like having a new house! There were a couple of issues to work through, but the response was immediate and everything was resolved quickly. Highly recommend Duralum as a quality, locally owned, long time community presence who will do the job right.
The staff is excellent to deal with, lot of choices for carpeting, they take the time to explain the differences in materials/quality, installation turned out excellent, and timeline from when we picked out our carpeting to when it was installed was excellent!! I'll definitely be using them again for future projects! Thanks again Troy and your staff at Duralum!!
