NO STARS....the system only allows to elect one star. Mr. Durakiewicz and his lawyers really messed up on my case and let a default judgement go down against my business. Doug took over my case and weas fixing the problems created with an attorney at Mr. Durakiewicz's office prior to Doug working at this firm. I am very upset with Mike and the paralegal Jennifer who obtained my cell phone with evidence on it due to my case and they turned it over to someone and now I cannot get it back. Without my permission. I am needing this phone back that I provided to them to show the evidence I have against my soon to be ex husband. They have not been responsive towards my situation at all. Leaving me and my girls on limbo and we have been terrified due to my abusive husband.
BEWARE OF THIS FIRM!!!! This law firm essentially stole $4,000 from me, plus the loss of my case. I paid Michael Durakiewicz several months ago to handle what should have been a slam-dunk case. He passed me off to another attorney, Doug Hanson. Doug never provided me appropriate legal representation. Time and time again I would have no response to my emails, calls or texts.
