The wrong company for you! I hired Dura Floor (Laguna Coating LTD) in the end of 2010 to apply concrete overlay on the driveway and backyard, as well as install epoxy flooring in the garage. Contractor gave me 10 year warranty. Dura Floor breached their contract in the following ways: 1) Failed to seal all concrete cracks and joints. Great Experience Here I made several calls to several companies. Durafloor was the first to respond. They were able to come the next day for an evaluation and estimate. They were able to start before I was even ready. Tom has responded to every question, usually within 5 minutes of me sending him an e-mail. He made sure I was completely satisfied, all the way to the end. Good pricing. I will gladly act as a reference for Durafloor. Tom has my contact info and my permission to give it out to anyone considering coating their g... read more

I agree Durafloor is no good Durafloor has very bad customer service. Tom is not a nice man. He tries to do everything over the phone, when you can get through, instead of sending professionals out to give professional judgement, help and guidance .

Poor Customer Service We had durafloor for less than a year and the paint is fading, chipping, discoloring. The CEO Tom Plotner wouldn't even send someone to see the extent of our claim. Instead he tells us it will cost $500 to fix only by looking at photos. He says everything that is happening to our concrete is NOT covered by warranty! Stay away from these guys.
