My field was replaced at my request. I had got 3 estimates all prices were close but when it came to what was included and not included DuraDrain made most sense. Once the job started 2 days later it was done. Excellent Friendly service and staff. (felt like family) Prompt first contact and all follow up contact. Terrible Service and workmanship. No customer service experience what so ever. Very disrespectful and completely unwilling to do anything for the customer. In there eyes customer is wrong and there always right. Don't ever leave a message because they never return your phone call. Don't waste your time or money.
