I’m very unhappy with my Trailer that I’ve have less than two years. I already need to replace the floor in less than two years. The screws on the walls, and the floor always unscrew them self. I believe I had a broken axle from day one. One of the tires keeps going half bald. They told me it was due to not loading the trailer evenly. Have not personally owned a durabull trailer, but after the towing experience I had with one I would never recommend one. Despite the customer service being rude and basically leaving you on your own. Towed a single axle 16ft enclosed snowmobile trailer back from NH to NY. The the way over I reset my fuel milage and ended up with around 18.1mpg. On the way home I reset again before leaving. Fuel milage went down to 8.1mpg. I purchased a custom trailer from Durabull this spring. It was very expensive but a contractor friend assured me it was the best trailer for my needs. Upon taking delivery at SR1 in Loudon and getting it home I realized the tracks I paid to be mounted on the interior walls were held on by two screws and the floor had shards of metal all over where the D ring had been installed I was first advised by my sales person I could purchase more screws but then SR1 agreed to send me screws when I chose not to drive back to their deal... read more
I purchased a 2022 Durabull Elite Series 7x14 enclosed trailer brand new back in 2022. The trailer has been perfect! Not a single issue with it. The build quality and fit and finish are Superior. I have called Durabulls Customer service a couple of times to ask spec questions and they were spot on. They are very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely purchase another trailer from them if needed.
Picked up a brand new 2026 Durabull 101x14 DA extended height trailer with snow package. Beautiful looking trailer in blue with blackout and snow package. Overall quality is great with the exception of the axle grease hubs not fitting properly and after 40 miles grease was everywhere. Dealer corrected immediately only to find out after another 40 miles the opposite side is doing the same thing. Dealer gave me a spare when they replaced the first one so I'll correct the other side.
