I was very happy with the therapists at Dura Medical and it's unfortunate that I have to give the business a bad review. I was not able to keep a telemedicine zoom appointment because lightning hit my apartment building and I had no internet so I called to cancel the appointment. I was not told that I would have to pay a full appointment fee of $130 for the late cancellation. After being notified regarding the fee I left several voice mails and did not receive any responses.
