We had our cement driveway taken up and pavers installed a few years ago. It was the talk of the neighborhood. However, over time, it began to look like any other driveway that’s seen usage. My wife and I walk around our community. We noticed one of the homes with pavers that looked outstanding! I received a concerned text from Owner Nick, about my review that I was disappointed. He indicated that my review was considered a personal attack on him. It was not personal and I stick by my first review that they did a very nice job and it looked good initially. I misunderstood their warranty when certain areas faded in sunny areas and not so much in shaded areas. Dura Guard seemed to a good job and everything looked good for about a year and 3 months, plus the price was fairly competitive, and the personnel were very nice. At 18 months areas in direct sun many pavers were completely faded while other shaded areas still had the original merlot color. I was given a 3-year warranty, but told I had to spend another $1365 every 18 months for maintenance, but it does not extend the warranty. I am not sure what good the 3 year warranty?
