DO NOT use this company. They sub their work out to people who appear to have no qualified skills. We hired them and after the first day I contacted their project Manager about the drain rough in not being included, he stated that it doesn't need to be there. (Turns out it really does). During the job I contacted the Project manager and owner about issues and they had to come back out 5 times to fix issues. Mr. Mark, we installed tile on your entire master bathroom. Including bathroom floor, shower pan, shower walls and ceiling. We had an issue with the shower drain and couple tiles thatyou wanted replaced, which was our installer error. We went back and took care of the repairs and replaced the drain. Unfortunately a couple weeks later there was another small leak at the drain, you said you would have your plumberto fix it from the crawlspace.
