Dave and Mark were incredible to work with. They were very patient and helpful navigating the rollercoaster which is the rebate process in BC currently. Excellent communication and the install was beautifully done by Dave. Very excited for my new heatpump, highly recommend Dupuis for all your Heatpump needs!
Dave was very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dupuis Energy to others.
I got heatpump installed at my house. Mark and Dave both are very responsive and amazing at their work. I am very much impressed with their services and honesty. Definitely I would refer them for any services they offer. The whole process was smooth, organized and the installation was on time as per they committed. Very happy.
We recently contacted a few heat pump companies in Victoria and decided on Dupuis Energy. Competitive price, knowledgeable, friendly service. From the first phone call with Dave to meeting with Mark on site to the install everything went in on time and on budget. Delivered as promised. Not much more you can ask. Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend Dupuis Energy for their excellent customer service…they go above and beyond with the work they did for us installing a mini split heat pump. The care and attention to detail was extremely important to us given we are in a condo. The quick efficient and very friendly service they gave us made a huge difference. Thank you Dave (owner) and Mark (project manager) for all the work you did! Five star service!
