We recently had a heat pump installed by Dupuis Energy. They did a fabulous job, including the estimate by Mark and installation by Dave and the electricians. They were prompt, professional and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I highly recommend Dupuis Energy for all furnace and heatpump needs. After having 2 years of problems with one of Victoria's Biggest 2 heatpump companies, Dave of Dupuis Energy came in for an assessment and estimate that was very reasonable. Both Dave and Mark were wonderful to deal with during the initial assessment and were prompt to get back about questions or concerns of ours. Dave was incredibly hard working, highly skilled, and did an incredible job at setting up our new heat pump and connecting us with their ducting specialists. Amazing work and we're thrilled with our heat pump so far as it's come online in the chilly fall weather. I highly recommend these guys!
We had a great experience with Dave installing our heat pump. After paying the deposit, he did his best to fit us in within 2 weeks, which meant working nearly 12-hours straight and managing two jobs in one day to make sure the system was installed before the hot season, which meant a lot as my wife was 8 months pregnant.
