Cristina is great! Her process is easy to follow and effective. I really enjoy her voice and listening to the recording. Her recordings were easy to fit into the day and really helped me stay on track. It wasn't even a challenge to stay on the eating plan after just one session with her. Also, her recipes are delicious and after 4 months, I am still making them as part of my weekly meal prep. -
