My experience was great. They had a sale on tires so I ordered them over the phone. I spoke to Sean in the service department and he took care of everything. The tires arrived and were ready to go the next morning. He and his staff loaded everything up and sent me to the cashier, super easy. It’s nice to deal with real people who know how to get a job done. No hassle no headache!
Went in to Auburn Ford to order roof bars for my new ford bronco. They were the same price as on line so wanting to keep my business close to home I went ahead and ordered them. Asked about having them installed, was told I'd have to talk to service. So Chris quoted me a price of $195 OMG!!! 3x the price they quoted on the online site which was $60. So much for keeping my business close to home. Kinda sorry i bought a ford now.
