They need to work in their scheduling. Waiting longer than half hour to be seen when you have an appointment is unreasonable especially when no one checks in
My husband Scott and I our so thankful for Dr. Tratnyk and her staff. Our 6yr old dog Ellie was diagnosed with cancer. She was on medication to keep her comfortable nothing else could be done. She was such a loving dog. Never knew a stranger. We was able to spend 23 more days with her until she passed over the rainbow bridge. I have to say I have never been to a veterinarian who showed as much love and compassion for our furbaby. Thank you all so much.
I really appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is at this office. I've had to go there with several children with me on multiple occasions, and I've found them to be very family-friendly. They always find a way to make it easier on me, and to involve my children in the visit. I highly recommend this place!
