The people are professional and very kind.. I Never had an issue getting my dog in until today. They said next Friday for an issue I explained was troubling my dog. Didnt care for the prices but I was willing to overlook it if they had availability. As anyone would when they have a pet in pain I will find another vet.
You could improve by being honest about costs. A customer should be told when a recommended option costs 3X the previous treatment. And when figures are requested, they shouldn't be off by 50%.
Dr Tratnek is the only vet Diamond has ever been ok with. she's been severely abused and doesn't really like anyone outside of her pack. but she has become at ease there. it's amazing. and Danielle is her favorite 😍
We just had to put our dog Chloe down after 15 years. It was hard but the loving care givers made that transition very graceful and amazed us by sending us a paw print. Extremely grateful!!!
The entire staff are well educated on the care of your pet. They are kind and courteous. My new puppy loves to go there. He starts wagging as soon as we are out of the car. Thank you for your loving care.
The staff at Dupont Veterinary Clinic are some of the kindest and most compassionate in all of Fort Wayne. You are greeted as if you are family, and they take care of your pet like it is their own. The costs are so reasonable and they always throw in little freebies like nail trims, which is so nice. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic, you will not be disappointed!
Dr. Boxberger and Stephanie took good care of our sweet Lady rabbit today. We appreciate all of their help and they did their best to alleviate our worries. We recommend this clinic if you need rabbit care. Thank you.
