DuPont veterinary center has seen both my senior dogs for about 2 -3 years. Every visit is kind and helpful. Our 15 year old lab was put to rest a few months ago and it was difficult yet they were very supportive. We received a beautiful box with her ashes, clay paw, ink prints, vials of fur and a card. I would recommend the vets, techs and clean space. They call to follow up on my pups if they are being treated.
Extremely caring and professional staff. We have been very happy with everyone we have worked with here. We will definitely come back.
TLDR: got a bully? Dont go to DuPont Vet From visit one with my rescue, we were mistreated. He was an untrained dog who needed care. I spent thousands on training. Nonethless, each visit we were treated as though my pup is something to be feared. I worked diligently to support him, providing treats and a muzzle as needed. I took the staff feedback yet I always felt like they did not care and were afraid. Feelings are not facts so here are some facts: He presented with allergy issues. My dog is a little reactive but when she visits here they work around her strong personality. Some dogs aren’t the friendliest towards other people or animals and they accommodate her as best as possible . We have been going here for two years and she gets better with each visit. We will continue to use this vet clinic as long as we are here in Washington.
