Super disappointed with my experience coming here. It was my first time here so I ensured I over communicated that I wanted to keep my eyebrows full and thick. The woman didn’t even understand me nor did she try to get the other person that spoke English to listen to me, I showed her photo of how I wanted my eyebrows, which is a photo of my actual eyebrows and she still proceeded to take off way too much hair.
