Penny at DuPont Lash and Brow is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly talented — she fixed a lash service I wasn’t happy with from a previous visit and made it absolutely perfect — but she’s also one of the kindest people I’ve met. I went in to get my lashes done, and in the most unexpected turn of events, the zipper on my dress broke.
