I booked specifically with Penny because of her excellent reviews and the premium price attached to her appointments. Unfortunately, that reservation wasn’t honored. I arrived a few minutes early and waited while Penny finished a conversation with what appeared to be health inspectors. Even after my appointment time had passed, I wasn’t checked in and Penny returned to her current appointment once the inspectors left. The only reason it’s not a 5 is that this shop is in a very difficult location to get to in the city with poor parking. It took an hour to go 9 miles. The service was quick. Was a little hard to communicate because of language barrier but technician was kind and make the process seamless. If it weren’t for location and parking I would come back.
Beautiful work by Penny! They came out very natural. She took the time to explain and it was a great first experience getting a lash lift and tint.
My lashes never looked better!!! Mariana is fabulous.
Karen is a miracle worker! Had the best experience and will be returning 10/10.
