For the second time in three months, the company has cheated us. In May, they said we had a huge overage and charged us hundreds of dollars - yet when challenged, realized it wasn't true. I got an invoice today and did the copier count. We have over 2,000 FEWER copies made than they listed us as having last month! (this after charging us an overage last month that I didn't think we had) They have a new billing system - it's apparently designed to cheat the customer and hope we don't notice. We love these guys!! They takes such good care of everthing. We always know if a printer is down, or even quality is down, they are right there. Supplies have never kept us waiting. They do it all too. THANKS!!
After calling local print shops for hours all morning and afternoon, Bryan at Duplicator saved the day! He went well above and beyond by searching his entire warehouse and showroom for some specialty paper that I needed by Sunday for our church bulletins. (Of course it was the day before thanksgiving and no online store was shipping that quickly). I just needed a few copies for a wedding shower: the process was so easy (and significantly cheaper than the other place I looked at), great customer service and fast turnaround while maintaining a quality product!
