Called before ordering glasses was promised a date. Ordered glasses and glasses did not come in a date. Received excuses called every day was promised the next day and then the next day and then the next day. Glasses finally came in and was told they would be in at a certain time took off work early and the glasses did not show too very much later. Received glasses had them adjusted adjustment was crooked and Dr. argued saying that they weren't. Had to leave unsatisfied customer

Typically, prescriptions take anywhere from 7 to 10 working days. With prescriptions, if the lens fails any inspection point along the way, lenses will need to be remade and will increase the estimated delivery time. When you called we notified you that the lenses failed an inspection point and the lenses started all over again.
