Avoid Duly. Patient Advocacy promised a response in 10 business days — it’s been 20. Their incompetent support staff caused me to lose disability pay and couldn’t even find a record of my first call. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I will not be using Duly when it’s time to renew my health insurance.
I waited 9 business days for short-term leave paperwork. Despite knowing I had a deadline, no one from Dr. Buchanan’s office contacted me. I had to call myself, only to learn he would be out for the rest of the week. I took my 1-year-old daughter to Duly Healthcare urgent care on September 10th with a 4:00 pm appointment. We waited over 2 hours and were never seen, so we had to leave. Now, weeks later, I’ve received a bill for that visit — even though no care was provided. To make matters worse, the billing department is extremely difficult to deal with.
