It takes forever for a nurse or the primary care provider to respond to the MyChart messages, what is a patient supposed to do if a patient has an emergency. The immediate care department sucks also, they took more than 2 hours to take care of my mom, when she was waiting for a doctor to examine her!
Horrible customer service.
