Dr. Croutcher is simply a great doctor! She interacts with her patients on a personal level and has a genuinely sweet nature about her.
It’s been a while that I have felt this good about a doctor at Duly! Thank you so much for you patience, attentiveness to all my questions and concerns, and overall being so personable with my children!
Dr. Croucher and her nurses at the lockport location are the best!! The nurse is always so sweet with my baby and loves to hold him! Dr. Croucher is very knowledgeable and makes you feel heard with any concerns you may have… all staff is very down to earth and just wonderful people!
Doctor Croucher is the absolute best pediatrician. She takes her time, and answers any questions very thoroughly. She doesn’t judge if we have questions about certain things, & she is always very honest.
