The receptionist spoke disrespectfully to the patient when I brought my mother here for an echocardiogram. If it wasn't for my family doctor's referral, I don't think I would have ever brought my mother here. The staff made an appointment for Dec 3rd at 4:30. A woman called and said another time, said we were 15 minutes late, and asked, in a rude tone, if my mother was coming or not? The staff was unprofessional. I think they should review their approach and speak more professionally about their specialty.

Every three months, I bring my father-in-law to this medical office for his regular follow-up. Today was the biggest letdown. From the moment we arrived, there was an issue with checking in. The receptionist was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Long story short—we handed her my father-in-law's Medi-Cal card, but she asked for a different insurance card that we had no knowledge of. After my echocardiogram doctor called me to the office and didn't tell me about the results. He only asked me plainly. Do you want an agioplasty r walk 10 minutes a day? Based on the information I was given, of course I chose to walk 10 minutes a day.
