I have visited Duo at least 5 times in the past 9 months, and I have never had anything short of a spectacular experience. My party has been seated immediately every time, and every dish that I have ordered or sampled has been amazing (if you are a salmon lover, I would highly recommend the salmon entree for dinner - the flavors and textures are top notch). Love this place for a night out on the town. Good to go either with a group or an an intimate date. Faves were duo of tuna and glazed sea bass...mmmm..so delish. Must save room for dessert! Hot chocolate cake is sinfully scrumptious. This is the place to come and enjoy the best food and service so go with good company!
Well this has to be the best place to eat in the city! Trendy, fun, great food, drinks and service! a hot place to see & be seen ! I've even seen a few celebs. Anyway try it you will not be disappointed.
Great Food - Great Drinks – Great food, especailly the hanger steak. must must get the hanger steak. specialty cocktails are also nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for after work drinks they have awesome happy hour specials.
Stylish...Elegant...Excellent Food! – I went to duo the other night with a date and found it to be stylish and elegant with friendly attentive service and excellent food. We especially liked the poached lobster, the tuna tartar and the glazed duck. Great place for a date and probably would be fun for a large group. Will definitely go back.
Beautiful With Great Food!!! – The restaurant has a beautiful decor. The food was absolutely amazing from the appetizers, to the main course, down to the desserts. The staff was so respectful, attentive, and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and we were treated very well. I would definitely return and I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others. After dinner we had a drink in their bar/lounge area which wasbeautiful too. It was very pleasant evening!
Extremely Impressed – I was extremely impressed with everything at this restaurant, from the service to the decor and most of all, the food. The truffle pizza and duo of tuna for appetizers are a must-have for any visit. The poached lobster app was also a big hit with our table. The prawn risotto was also superb. For dessert, the apple cobbler and hazelnut layer were perfectly sweet and beautifully plated.
Amazing Flavor!!! – The food had amazing flavor and was outstanding. Some of the best I have ever had. Calamari appetizer salad is simply the best. The glazed duck breast was also outstanding. Truffle fries and mushroom sides were delicious along with the apple cobbler dessert. Service was attentive and friendly. I will eat at again soon and would recommend to anyone going to try it.
One Of The Best! – One of the best restaurants in NYC! The food is superb and very artfully presented. The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the room decor is elegant and sophisticated. For what you get, the prices are very reasonable. A great restaurant for special occasions!
