Wish existe minus 5 stars poor service actually more than poor when a staff member in complains to a customer because answered a phone call when i was paying with no customer behind me and making such a scene like that is beyond ny understanding !!! Just for reference wen ever y’all train your staff try to teach service harder -10 stars on your service and one customer less
I would not recommend this studio if you use class pass. I was signed up for a reformer class. I drove from my house, parked, and check in at the front. I was informed that my spot was given to a member off of the studios wait list. They said that I “should not have been able to sign up” and they weren’t sure how I was able to. They did not attempt to call me and let me know. Instead they let me drive all the way there. In addition, they did not cancel my spot correctly on class pass.
