I've been going here for four years, and Lord knows why I'm still here. Today I've had the last straw. I went in for lower spine pain and Patel told me to go get X-rays. I went and had X-rays, and the Hospital (Northside) told me my doctor would be in contact with me the next day. I awaited her call the next and and guess what, it never came. NOT RECOMMANDED – I had very bad experience with her . I have been taking my son to her since he was infant . I had concerned about his mental development . I kept telling her that something is wrong with my son she couldn't do anything not even referral at the age of 3 and half . I switched to real pediatric who find out that my son had autism at first visit and send us to murcus autism center DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS DOCTOR

Would not recommend. – Just say no. Dirty, rude, uncaring. my first time was also my last time. Drs work 3 days, appt. tough.

Beena Patel, MD – Dr. Patel is a good doctor. Her staff is not. They are rude and inconsiderate. Her office and waiting room are NOT CLEAN. The floor is covered in dirt and debris. She does tests that are not necessary. You have to have a blood test when you want to refill your prescriptions, which she only gives to you for 60 days. She has now farmed out her lab, so you not only have to pay your co-pay, you have to pay your deductable because she sends all her tests to a lab. Not acceptable. Horrible Service!!! – 1. Went for a pain I was having in my foot and in my back. Saw the nurse practician because Dr. Patel was out. She told ME to tell HER what I wanted her to do...give me a prescription, give me x-rays, write a note...didn't even tell me what the problem was stemming from and wanted me to tell HER what to do!!! Left there and went to a podiatrist that I am very happy with that diagnosed me in 2 minutes. 2. Went to get annual pelvic exam. Again, Dr. Patel was out so I saw the male doctor there. Dr.Patel is great !! – I have been to Dr. Patel many a times and she is the best. I have had horrible experiences before but finally I have found the right physician for myself and my family.

Beena Patel is solid – I can't speak for everyone here, but when I'm SICK, my top priority isn't bedside maner or the congeniality of the front office staff. My top priority is getting CURED. Hello, anyone watch House? Dr. Patel is very bright, excellent at diagnosis & she cares for her patients. When I was in college, I waited tables, was dirt poor & did not have insurance.
