Dunwoody Exchange is a terrible apartment complex that has been getting worse and worse as the years pass. Management has gotten unbearable for residents, they are clearly under staffed and don't have enough people to keep up with tenants needs. Shaquita Fuller who I believe is the manager there isn't attentive to the residents that live there and makes errors that end up gravely affecting the residents that live there.
