I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This apartment complex has a serious rat problem. Vivi mais de 4 anos neste condominio, com a Jessica totalmente gross, sem maneira e condições eticos para resolver problemas,não tem segurança nenhuma roubaram as bicicletas dos meus filhos, a piscina é Permanente fechada em 4 anos nunca abriu. Sai deixei tudo limpo, mas como o apatamento é velho, a Reforma foi uma vergonha, com banheiro do tamanho da caixa de fósforo. Management is very rude and disrespectful and refuse to help complete work orders. The apartment is roach and rat infested. Electrical outlets are outdated and old (I will be suing if a fire breaks out in my apartment). The walls are dirty and full of holes that the rats made with their teeth and claws. I went to talk respectfully to the property manager and I was turned away and did not receive any help, I was rejected. Looks nice from outside clean parking lot and paint Looks very nice.
Rats and mice’s and new property manager rude and unhelpful office always closed before 5pm theres no emergency maintenance.
