Our furnace was around 2 years old and this past Christmas weekend we were without heat. they would not even come to check it out for us. We went without heat almost a week. They charged almost \$500 to repair it and then a week later a wire was bad, so they said. Now here it is the end of Feb and it is still a problem. I also notice we had several tools missing from our open tool box during the time they installed our furnace.I think they are crooks and we will never go to them again.
I would not recommend this business to nobody. One of there employess was called to our home. When he got here and was only here for 15 minute. He told us our heat exchanger was goin bad and we needed to keep kicking the breaker back on. Cuz it kept kicking the safety and kicking the breaker off. Which we kept doing. Well we ended up findin out our furnace was still under warranty and needed replaced. We ended up calling another company out and they done tests to find carbon monoxide was filling our home.
