My experience with Bowen therapy for my children and I has been mind blowing. If you're looking for a gentle and effective treatment for your little ones, I can't recommend it enough! Bowen therapy is non-invasive, making it perfect for children. I’ve seen incredible results, from reducing stress and anxiety to alleviating pain and improving overall well-being. A huge thank you to Mandy for introducing us to this wonderful therapy! Your expertise and care have made such a positive impact on our lives.
I had some treatments with Mandy recently. She is a wonderful therapist; friendly, kind, caring, intuitive and skilled in her approach. I feel like my body can continue to heal/move forwards. I had a Bowen Treatment from Mandy for my sore back. I had never tried Bowen before and was a little sceptical that something so gentle and light could help much, however the difference it made was incredible! It was like night and day difference, from pain to ease! Thank you so much Mandy, I will be looking into more Bowen treatments, over massage and other modalities, in the future.
I saw Mandy after suffering for years with neck and jaw pain. After just 3x sessions, i felt like a completly different person. I had the most incredible experience with my bowen therapy and sound bowl session. Mandy was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, explaining the process clearly and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire session.
